Can I apply for some trial work?
Of course you can apply for the free trial, but before sending your product to be processed, please make sure you provide the instructions/requirements and we will be happy to complete your free trial. We have some images here as samples which can be downloaded to check the quality.
Is my FTP account safe and secured?
Yes! you can put your feet up confidently. We offer individual FTP accounts for every single customer with unique username and password.
Should I consider my project safe and sound at DGTouch?
Yes, without any doubts. Every team member has signed a non-disclosure agreement and they know the business ethics. They have committed themselves to not take any product out of the house. Our PCs are also adequately secured for inbound and outbound protection and we protect all our PCs using up-to-date antivirus security.
Would you be using my project for commercial purposes?
No, your entire project will be preserved after submitting the project with us for future reference and we will not exploit, sell or distribute any of them to third parties.
What would be the format of images?
As per your requirement, if you already have something in mind. For clipping path we will apply JPG but for masking we will drive them in PNG, PSD or TIFF. We can provide any kind of file format as per your wish.
Are there any limitations on the types of file formats?
We accept all kind of files. Please feel free to send us any file types such as JPG, TIFF, PSD or EPS. But to reduce the download time, JPG files are good.
How can I obtain a quotation and how long will you take?
Please send your project after you log in and register with us, we shall reply within an hour.
Are there any limitations on the highest file size?
No restrictions on the file size. But please keep in mind that our online uploader can upload file max 50MB (each file), so you can upload as many smaller files you may need at once. If you have a file larger than 50MB please use the FTP system, WeTransfer, Drop Box or Google Drive.
What are the working hours?
We are open 24/7/365 and we run 3 shifts a day for smooth operation.
To complete any job, how long do you need?
Achievement time depends on the complexity and number of your assignments; we will let you know the turn-around time after we receive your request . We normally deliver jobs within 24 hours. Nevertheless minor jobs such as 6, 10 or 18 images can be delivered within 2 to 12 hours. But if you need it urgently, please notify us at first and we will surely deliver on priority basis.
Are there any limitations on the minimum order?
Every single order is important to us. We do not discriminate in terms of minimum or maximum order limits. Provide your project and you will surely get a good result. We believe tiny businesses are as significant as the gigantic ones.
What is the procedure of sending and receiving images?
We have tried to make it simpler for you. Please check the site to see that we’ve provided several options to download and upload, for receiving and sending your project.
What happens if I am not satisfied with your service?
Our customers infrequently locate any trouble with their projects, as our team consists of skilled and professional members. But if this happens, please send us an email so that we can review it right away and get back to you with the best solution for you in the shortest possible time. There will be no added cost for the corrections.
Do you accept payments on a weekly or monthly from your clients?
Clients who work with us throughout the year set up such payment terms. It all depends on the terms that we mutually agree on.
How do I pay DGTouch?
We accept through PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express Card and Bank Transfer. You can also transfer money to our Australian bank account or provide us with a cheque if you are in Australia.
What is the procedure to issue an order?
